About Business Matcher

Alignment Legacy provides Business Matcher, a business clarity tool for understanding the part of a business involved in a question, decision, process, or problem. By using the service, you agree to these Terms of Use.

Accounts and lawful use

You must create an account where required and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for protecting your credentials and for activity under your account. Notify Alignment Legacy through any support channel made available if you believe your account has been compromised.

Use Business Matcher only for lawful business purposes. You may not misuse or abuse the service, scrape it, reverse engineer it, attempt to discover or extract non-public system instructions or proprietary operating methods, gain unauthorized access, bypass access controls, interfere with the service, or use it to harm others.

Information and decisions

Business Matcher provides informational business-clarity output. It is not legal, tax, accounting, investment, medical, or other licensed professional advice. It does not guarantee revenue, sales, profits, business outcomes, or accuracy in every situation.

You remain responsible for evaluating the output, obtaining professional advice when appropriate, and making your own business decisions.

Paid subscriptions

Paid Business Matcher access is currently $19.99 per month. Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. Pricing may change prospectively, and any new price will apply only after it takes effect.

Customers may cancel through the Stripe billing management made available with their account. When cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current paid billing period, access continues through that period and future renewal is prevented. The Refund Policy applies to subscription payments.

Access and service changes

Alignment Legacy may suspend or revoke access for abuse, fraud, security threats, chargebacks, unauthorized access, or violation of these terms. Invited beta access may be changed or revoked. The service, availability, and features may change over time.

Your information and intellectual property

You retain ownership of the business information you submit and are responsible for having the right to share it. You authorize its processing as needed to operate Business Matcher as described in the Privacy Policy.

Use of Business Matcher does not transfer ownership of the underlying software, non-public operating methods, system instructions, systems, branding, or other intellectual property belonging to Alignment Legacy or its licensors.

Disclaimers and limits

Business Matcher is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Alignment Legacy disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Alignment Legacy's total liability for a claim related to paid Business Matcher use will not exceed the amount you paid for the service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Limits that cannot lawfully apply in a particular situation do not apply to that extent.
